A bit of history about the first cup organized by Variant 5. It was held in 1993 in an area called Propastna just above Strazha village. There were more then 200 participants from 30 clubs from whole Bulgaria. In the two days during the competition were included the most popular distances these days – classic and short. Winners in Elite classes were Todorka Kamenarova and Martin Danovski. You can see some examples from newspapers (only in bulgarian) below:
